Commercial StrategyPartner AcquisitionNetwork Expansion

Raël Martis Ozuna is Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of DutyBoost. He leads the commercial direction of the platform — defining how travel partners, airport retailers, POS providers, airports and corporate partners connect to the circular revenue infrastructure, and how each participant is commercially rewarded for the value it brings to the ecosystem.

His work centres on partner acquisition and network development: structuring the commercial agreements that bring new airports, retailers and distribution channels onto the platform, and building the partner relationships that turn a single activation into a scalable, multi-market footprint.

Within DutyBoost he is responsible for the commercial model itself — the performance-based structure that lets every stakeholder participate without upfront cost or risk, and that keeps revenue tied to validated, real transactions rather than promises.

Airport RetailBrand StrategyStore Activation

Jaquelin Beliad Perez is Co-Founder and Airport Retail & Brand Specialist at DutyBoost. She brings the retail perspective to the platform — how travellers actually behave inside an airport, how stores are merchandised and staffed, and what it takes for a participating retailer to turn an arriving traveller into a purchase.

She works closely with airport retailers and their store teams on activation: how DutyCredits are presented at the point of sale, how store staff are briefed, and how the traveller experience is kept simple enough to be adopted without friction across terminals and store formats.

On the brand side, she safeguards how DutyBoost is presented in the retail environment and across partner-facing materials, ensuring the platform is represented consistently wherever it meets a traveller or a retail partner.

Platform ArchitecturePOS IntegrationSecurity

Fares Ben Halima is Technical Director at DutyBoost. He is responsible for the platform's architecture and for the integrations that connect it to the systems partners already operate — most importantly the Enterprise POS layer, where a DutyCredit is validated and a transaction is confirmed.

He leads the design of the integration approach itself: a single, non-invasive API connection that lets a POS provider add DutyBoost as an opt-in feature, with each retailer toggling it on or off without new hardware, downtime or changes to the existing sales flow.

His remit covers the technical foundations behind the commercial model — secure partner authentication, duplicate protection, transaction attribution and the reporting that allows every participant's earnings to be traced back to a validated sale.

Brand MarketingPartner CommunicationsGrowth

Ariunzaya Zorigt is Marketing Director at DutyBoost. She leads how the platform is positioned and communicated — to travel and corporate partners, airport retailers, POS providers, airports and wholesale suppliers, as well as to the travellers who ultimately use a DutyCredit.

Her work spans the partner-facing side of the business: the materials, presentations and campaigns that explain the circular revenue infrastructure and the commercial case for joining it, and that support the team through each stage of partner onboarding.

She also drives traveller-side activation and growth — the messaging and campaigns that ensure DutyCredits distributed before a trip are understood, remembered and used at the airport, so the value created for every stakeholder in the ecosystem is realised.
